Fees and Rebates:

• Private/individual fees are payable in full at the time of consultation.

• Group participant fees are due prior to the workshop; at the time of booking confirmation.

• Eat Live Thrive is registered with Medicare and as such patients referred under a GP Management Plan (Chronic Disease Management) will receive a Medicare rebate for the consultation. 

• Eat Live Thrive is an approved registered provider with the National Disability Insurance Scheme.

• Most private health funds also provide rebates for individual dietetic consultations.

Cancellation Policy:

​

• If you need to move or cancel your consultation, please provide 24 hours notice.

• Failure to provide adequate notice of cancellation will incur a cancellation fee as set out below:

  • Within 24 hours of booked consultation time - $50 fee

  • No cancellation notice given and dietitian arrives at clients home for booked consultation time - full fee will apply.
